Terms & Condition

1. Quotation and Inquiry Process
  • For any software-related inquiries or to request a quotation, please contact us at info@eduwings.in or via the provided phone number on the website.
  • Our team will respond to your query within 2 working days.
2. Quotation and Work Order Details
  • To initiate a project, kindly send a detailed request to info@eduwings.in Based on your requirements, a quotation will be provided.
  • The work order must be issued by the client. If unavailable, you may use our work order format.
  • Requirements must be clearly outlined at the time of the work order. Any additional requests must be communicated via email or phone.
3. Project Completion Timeline
  • Projects will be completed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the complexity and scope of the requirements.
4. Payment Terms
  • New Development:
  • 50% advance payment upon project initiation.
  • Remaining 50% payment upon project handover after the final review.
  • Renewals:
  • For renewal services (e.g., domain renewal, hosting, maintenance), 100% upfront payment is required. Services will only be restored after payment is received.
5. Non-Renewal Consequences
  • Services will be suspended if renewal payments are not made before expiration.
  • We will not be responsible for data loss or third-party attacks due to non-renewal.
6. Development and Hosting
  • Development will be conducted on a demo link, and the client will review progress there.
  • The website will be hosted on the domain after full payment is completed.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights for the software and related content are owned by Eduwings.
  • Unauthorized use, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
8. Customer Responsibilities
  • Clients are responsible for all content hosted on their website. Objectionable or unauthorized content may result in service suspension or termination.
9. Maintenance and Upgrades
  • During the free maintenance period, any additional changes beyond the original scope will incur additional charges.
  • Upgrades are provided at the Company’s discretion and apply only to the specific software edition purchased
10. Service Support
  • For complaints or support, email us at info@eduwings.in If no response is received within 24 hours, you may contact us via phone.
11. Termination
  • Services may be terminated if the client fails to comply with these terms. All copies of the software must then be destroyed.
12. Liability and Warranties
  • The software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The company is not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruptions.
13. Legal Compliance
  • Clients must comply with applicable laws while using the software.

  • User Training: A training session will be provided post-software installation to help users understand the features and functionalities.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures; however, we are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party attacks.
  • Service Downtime: We are not responsible for service downtimes caused by server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customization: Additional customization requests will be subject to extra charges, based on the scope of work.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once the work order is issued and payments are made, cancellations are not allowed.
